Philly Cheesesteaks, Beer, and Wine

Philly Cheesesteak

2 – 2 1/2 pounds Ribeye Steak, thinly-sliced
2 medium Onions, thinly sliced
Salt
Pepper
1 8 oz Jar Cheez Whiz
Vegetable Oil
Hoagie Rolls

Preheat cast iron skillet with 2 tbs vegetable oil. Add onions and cook until clear (3 to 4 minutes), stirring constantly.

Remove onions from skillet. Add tablespoon of vegetable oil if necessary.

Add steak to preheated skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add onions to steak and mix in heated skillet for additional 2 minutes or so.

Serve steak on large hoagie roll, top with melted Cheez Whiz.

Lobster Rolls

3 lbs cooked lobster meat
3 stalks Celery, finely-chopped
3 Green Onions, finely-chopped
2-3 tbs fresh parsley, finely-chopped
1 tbs fresh Dill, finely-chopped
1 – 2 oz Lemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Your favorite top-split buns

Combine first five ingredients in large bowl. Add half of the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.

Stir in mayonnaise until salad is thoroughly incorporated.

Serve on top-split bun and enjoy!
